Laboratory Application and Clinical Significance between the Q-Flag Alarm Information of XT-1800i Hematology Analyzer and Blood Smear ;Reexamination

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the situation between the Q-Flag alarm information of XT-1800i hematology analyzer and blood smear reexamination and their clinical significance. Method:Collected all samples of Q-Flag alarm from June 2013 to December 2013 in the hospital. Result:When it alarmed Q-Flag≤120 U,the coincidence rate was zero by manual smear. Q-Flag 120-220 U,the coincidence rate was 1.5%-72.9%. Q-Flag 220-300 U,the coincidence rate was 88.9%-100%. Conclusion:It’s no practical significance when Q-Flag≤120 U,when Q-Flag 120-300 U,reexamination of blood smear plays an important role in disease diagnosis,treatment and the observation of curative effect.
