Clinical Studies Alprostadil with Atorvastatin in Patients with Arteriosclerosis Obliterans Treated

Abstract:Objective:To study Clinical studies alprostadil with atorvastatin in patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans treated. Method:140 cases of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans from May 2010 to July 2013 in author’s hospital,were randomly divided into combined group and control group,70 cases in each.The control group received alprostadil treatment group on this basis,combined with atorvastatin treatment,incidence rate of two groups of clinical curative effect and adverse reaction.Result:Combined with clinical total effective rate of 88.6%was significantly higher than the control group 78.6%,the difference was statistically significant (χ2=4.627,P=0.016<0.05). Compared with the group of adverse reaction was 7.1%and 5.7%in the control group,no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Alprostadil combined with atorvastatin treatment of lower extremity arterial occlusive disease,should be introduced in clinical practice.
