The Observation of the Effect of Drug Disposition Mode of Self-efficacy Training on Mental Disorders
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the pattern of drug treatment on self-training on mental impaired by treatment of schizophrenia.Method:138 patients with schizophrenia selected from January 2012 to December 2013 in the hospital and were divided into the study group and the control group,each group of 69 cases.The control group used conventional treatment and the study group was treated by the method of self-medication base on conventional treatment. to treat the training mode Kangfute inflammatory suppository combined with moxifloxacin hydrochloride. The therapeutic effect between the two groups were compared after treatment.Result:In the clinical treatment after one week and two weeks,the study group of patients with SANS and SAPS scores than patients in the control group scores decreased significantly after clinical treatment(P<0.05). The study group patients refused drugs,suicide attempts,aggressive behavior,hallucinations, emotional stress decrease compared with the control group of patients.Conclusion:Drug Self-disposal training in treatment of patients with schizophrenia is excellent. It is worth popularization and application.
