Abstract:Objective:To compare the clinical effect of aerosol inhalation of high-dose surface hormones and systemic intravenous injection hormones in the treatment of extremely severe AECOPD.Method:74 cases of severe AECOPD patients treated in author’s hospital from July 2011 to August 2013 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the observation group with high-dose Budesonide aerosol inhalation, the control group with systemic intravenous injection of Prednisolone, compared and observed the clinical effect of the two groups.Result:The arterial blood gas analysis of two groups of patients after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion:The two methods have good clinical effect, aerosol inhalation with less inhalation dose, and the advantage of efficacy play fast, can be an alternative to systemic intravenous injection of very severe AECOPD patients for therapy in clinical application.
