Abstract:Objective:To explore the impact between blood zinc and TH cells polarization, immunoglobulin in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Method:Selected 32 cases children with recurrent respiratory tract infection as the RRTI group, another 30 healthy children were selected as control group, emploied atomic absorption method to detect the levels of blood zinc;adopted fluorescence single cell staining method to detect TH cells polarization;and used fully automatic biochemical analyzer to detect the levels of IgG,IgA.Result:The levels of blood zinc in children with RRTI was significantly lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,RRTI group, the percentage of TH1 markedly decreased the level of TH2 was significantly increased, the percentage, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01);RRTI group TH1/TH2 was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Serum IgG,IgA in RRTI group were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:There are some relationships between the decreased levels of blood zinc deficiency and abnormal TH cells polarization, lower level of Ig,this may be one of the reasons about breaking out repeatedly and refractoriness in children with RRTI.
