Study of Recrystallization Method Using in Chitosan/Tricalcium Phosphate Scaffold Freeze Drying and Performance Assessment of the Products

Abstract：Objective:To explore the new method of chitosan/tricalcium phosphate(CTCP) scaffold preparation,and the scaffold’s performance assessment. Method:CTCP scaffolds were prepared by recrystallization method and ordinary mode,which were investigated by macroscopic observation,pH value,porosity, pore diameter and cell co-culture.Result:The best experimental group present significantly difference between control group in porosity(P<0.05).Which had better pore diameter in 100-300μm mainly and cell co-cultured present well-growing through the pore.Conclusion:CTCP scaffold has better pore quality,higher recrystal temperature and it’s rate could be the favorable factor to improve the quality of scaffold pore.
