Clinical Analysis of Hystero-salpingography

Abstract：Objective:To explore the clinical application value of hystero-salpingography in the diagnosis of infertility.Method:Selected from March 2010 to July 2013 received 120 cases hystero-salpingography,all patients were using X-ray radiation observation of contrast agent through the fallopian tubes and uterine radiography,observed in patients with symptoms of abdominal pain,feel the resistance situation when injection of contrast agent,the dosage of contrast agent and contrast regurgitation,and so on.Result:According to the results of 120 cases of X-ray radiography,bilateral flow of 66 cases in patients, unilateral unobstructed of 33 cases,bilateral obstruction of 21 cases.Double side flow resistance in patients with abdominal pain,and incidence of regurgitation were significantly lower than patients with unilateral unobstructed and bilateral obstruction,used imaging dose more than patients with bilateral unobstructed unobstructed and double side obstruction in patients with unilateral,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Medical personnel can according to the situation of patients with abdominal pain,sense of resistance and regurgitation of contrast agents and the amount of contrast agent,the preliminary judgment of tubal patency,combined with X-ray radiography results has certain diagnostic value for diagnosis of oviduct infertility.
