Application of Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Urinary Calculi

Abstract：Objective:To explore the use of colored Doppler ultrasound examination method,improving detection rate of urinary calculi.Method:For examination of bladder moderate filling,the supine position and prone position combined with lateral renal,ureter,bladder,ureter with appropriate pressure, reducing the distance between the probe from the ureter,making the image more clearly,using color Doppler to observe the twinkling artifact detection and suspicious sonographic when stone.Result:65 cases of urinary calculi ultrasonography showed 58 cases,the positive rate was 89.2%,using color Doppler twinklin artifact ultrasound showed 64 cases,the positive rate was 98.5%.Conclusion:The multi position suitable methods of bladder filling and pressure probe ultrasound, to observe the twinkling artifact with color Doppler,can improve the display rate of urinary calculi.
