Clinical Analyze of Uterine-incision Delivery by Myomectomy

Abstract:Objective:To approach the clinical result of uterine-incision delivery by myomectomy,the feasibility and safety was analyzedthe effective basis of clinical treatment was proved.Method:Selecting 160 cases encyesis and hysteromyoma patients in our hospital from Jan 2011 to Jan 2013,according to the principle of stochastic control,which were divided into detection group and control group,80 cases in each group,the cesarean section and myomectomy was carried of 80 cases detection group,the simple cesarean section of 80 cases control group,the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time, anal exhaust time and postoperative complications of two groups were comparatively analyzed.Result:The operation time of detection group was longer than control group,the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05),the amount of intraoperative bleeding,anal exhaust time,hospitalization time of detection group were compared with control group,the differences were no statistical significance(P>0.05),the postoperative complications of detection group and control group were compared,,the differences were no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of uterine-incision delivery and myomectomy are satis,which is a safe and feasible method,two operation patients with pain was decreased,which was to be used.
