Clinical Study of Huangkui Capsule Combined with ACEI on Reducing Proteinuria of Chronic Glomerulonephritis

Abstract：Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Huangkui Capsule combined with ACEI on reducing proteinuria of chronic glomerulonephritis. Method:120 cases of chronic glomerulonephritis were randomly divided into study group(n=60) and control group(n=60).The control group was treated with ACEI alone,the study group was treated with Huangkui Capsule combined with ACEI.The effects,especially the clinical effects of reducing proteinuria of two groups were compared.Result:The total efficiency rate of the study group was 95.00%,and the control group was 73.33%.The effect was better in study group than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Urine protein was reduced in both groups,but it decreased significantly in study group than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Huangkui Capsule combined with ACEI on reducing proteinuria of chronic glomerulonephritis is significant,without adverse reaction,and is worth promoting in clinical use.
