Treatment Effect Analysis of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills Combined with Trimetazidine for Chronic Heart Failure

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effects of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills combined with Trimetazidine for chronic heart failure.Method:From Jan 2012 to Jan 2013,82 cases of chronic heart failure patients in our hospital were divided into control group and observer group,41 cases in the control group treated by conventional treatment method,41 cases in the observer group treated by Compound Danshen Dripping Pills and Trimetazidine,to compare the therapeutic effects of two groups.Result:The total effective rate of observer group was 90.24%,higher than the 73.17%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Meanwhile,observing the the patients left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),end-diastolic volume(LVEDV),end-systolic volume(LVESV), the observer group compared with the control group improved significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Danshen Dripping Pills combined with Trimetazidine to treat chronic heart failure can get better efficacy,delay myocardial remodeling and improve cardiac function.
