Diagnosis and Treatment of LEEP Knife Joint Biopsy under Colposcope of Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the effect of LEEP joint biopsy under colposcopy in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Method:Colposcopic biopsy diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia in 48 patients clinical data were selected and etrospectively analyzed to observe the pathological examination and colposcopy after LEEP biopsy under coincidence rate and treatment effect.Result:The operation of 48 cases were successful,the mean intraoperative blood loss was (5.8±2.1)ml,mean operative time was (5.2±2.1)min,the coincidence rate of preoperative and postoperative on pathologic examination results was 68.8%,there was no CIN recurrence.Conclusion:LEEP is simple to operate,high success rate for diagnosis and treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,and has clinical promotion value.
