The Observation of Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Uterine Myoma Eliminating Technique and the Open Operation

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical effect for the treatment of uterine fibroids by laparoscopic uterine myoma eliminating technique and open operation.Method:A total of 86 patients with uterine fibroids from June 2011 to June 2013 in the hospital were divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group was given for the treatment of laparoscopic uterine fibroids to eliminate,the control group was given conventional laparotomy surgery treatment,compared two groups of intraoperative blood loss,exhaust time,length of hospital stay,postoperative disease rate and postoperative analgesia drug utilization index,etc.Result:The intraoperative blood loss,exhaust time,length of hospital stay of the observation group were significantly less than the control group,and postoperative disease rate,analgesic usage and the incidence of complications was also significantly lower than the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of tumors less number of uterine fibroids,the effect of laparoscopic uterine myoma eliminating technique prominent,and no serious complications,postoperative recovery fast,is worth promoting.
