The Study of the Effect of Ovarian Function Under Subtotal Abdominal Hysterectomy and Subtotal Laparoscopic Hysterectomy
Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effect of ovarian function after subtotal abdominal hysterectomy and subtotal laparoscopic hysterectomy. Method:From March 2010 to February 2012,180 cases of hysterectomy operation patients in author’s hospital were selected, the patients were randomly divided into laparoscopic group and laparotomy group,90 cases in each. All patients in 1,3,6,12,24 months before operation and afteroperation, the determination of INHB,P,LH,FSH,E2 level.Result:The laparoscopic group in 12 months after operation,INHB,P,LH,FSH,E2 levels compared with those before operation had no significant difference(P>0.05),with in 24 months of INHB,P,E2 levels decreased after operation,LH,FSH level, compared with 12 months of pre operation and post operationlater, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The open group 3 months after operation,no statistically significant differences in LH,FSH,INHB,P and E2 levels before and after treatment(P>0.05);6-24 months after surgery and preoperative and postoperative 3 months, INHB,P,E2 decreased,LH,FSH levels rise, there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Comparison of 3 months in two groups were INHB,P,LH, FSH,E2 levels after operation, there were no significant difference(P>0.05). 6-24 months after surgery, compared with laparotomy group and the laparoscopic group, levels of INHB,P,E2 were lower,LH,FSH level were higher, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of ovarian function under subtotal laparoscopic hysterectomy is slight than abdominal way. Subtotal laparoscopic hysterectomy should be the preferred operation under no contraindication compared with subtotal abdominal hysterectomy.
