Clinical Effect Analysis of Laparoscopic and Laparotomy Operation in the Treatment of Ovarian Endometriosis Cyst

Abstract：Objective:To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic operation and traditional laparotomy operation in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst.Method:In the case of patient informed consent,58 cases of ovarian endometriosis patients,which accepted surgical treatment in our hospital during January 2011 to December 2012 were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases) and control group(28 cases),patients in observation group were performed with laparoscopic surgery,patients in control group were performed with traditional laparotomy surgery,the clinical effect of two different surgical methods were analyzed.Result:The operations were successfully completed without surgical complications,but in the case of the blood loss,postoperative pain,anal exhaust time,postoperative recovery time and infection time,patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Laparoscopic operation is currently the best choice in clinical treatment of ovarian endometrial cyst.
