Abstract:Objective:To study and analysis the emergency resuscitation effect and related factors of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with Adams Stokes syndrome.Method:186 cases of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with Adams Stokes syndrome from March 2012 to March 2013 in author’s hospital were selected, they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,93 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were performed CPR,the observation group of patients in the recovery after the rescue of intravenous thrombolysis was treated with intravenous thrombolysis, the control group of patients was treated with percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty inresuscitation. The incidence of the rescue effect and the lab tests after 24 hours, and onset were compared between two groups,to evaluate its rescue effect.Result:The mortality rate in the observation group after rescue was 8.60%,the control group was 10.75%,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The different degrees of Adams Stokes syndrome happened in two groups after rescue, but the two groups of patients with Adams Stokes syndrome had no significant difference(P>0.05).CK-MB activity was higher increased after the incidence of 24 hours than onset in two groups of patients, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with Adams Stokes syndrome must be timely rescue,if not timely rescue can cause high mortality. So for the elderly with acute myocardial infarction complicated with Adams Stokes syndrome should be timely rescue and treat with intravenous thrombolysis or percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty, the effect is good, survival rate is high, the patients and family members are generally satisfied,it is worth popularizing in the clinic.
