The Effect of Family Therapy During the Therapy of Cerebral Infarction

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinic effect of family therapy on neurorehabilitation,social function improving and post-stroke depresssion decrease after cerebral infarction.Method:206 samples were obtained from all the cerebal infarction patients of our hospital,and randomly divided into the therapy group and the control group. In the control group,the 103 cases were given common rehabilitation care and pharmacotherapy. In the therapy group,the 103 cases were treated with family therapy except common rehabilitation care and pharmacotherapy. Hamilton depression scale-24,function independent measure and functional activites questionnaire were performed on the two weeks,four weeks and eight weeks after therapy,as well as pretherapy.Result:The Hamilton depression scale-24,function independent measure and functional activities questionnaire assay were great improved in the therapy group than those in the control group on the four weeks and eight weeks after therapy(P<0.05). The experiment showed that the decrease of post-stroke depresssion,the neurorehabilitation and the social function improved more in the therapy group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Family therapy could greatly decrease the incidence of post-stroke depresssion,and has fine effectiveness to improve the function independent measure and the functional activities questionnaire. It’s have considerable meaning to improve the quality of life for the cerebral infarction patients.
