Clinical Practice Analysis of Regular Treatment for Cough Variant Asthma

Abstract：Objective:To analyze and investigate the clinical treatment of cough variant asthma.Method:100 cases of cough variant asthma children in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2013 were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group in 50 cases and the control group in 50 cases.The observation group was given the Montelukast combined Ketotifen treatment,and the control group was given Ketotifen combined Procaterol Hydrochloride treatment,the patients in two groups were took two weeks of treatment.Its efficiency and recurrence rate were compared.Result:The total effect rate of the observation group was 96.0%,and the total effect rate of the control group was 70.0%,the total effect of two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).And the recurrence rate of the observation group was 6.0%,the recurrence rate of the control group was 16.0%,there was significant difference in two groups(P<0.05). The life quality of observation group was much better than that of control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.0%,the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 20.0%,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of Ketotifen combined Montelukast on cough variant asthma children is better,and the recurrence rate is low,as the norms medication with cough variant asthma children,it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical.
