Diagnostic Value of High Frequency Ultrasound on Children Mesenteric Lymphadenitis

Abstract：Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound for children mesenteric lymphadenitis.Method:178 cases of children with abdominal pain from March 2011 to October 2013 in author’s hospital were analyzed retrospectively as study group,and the other 89 cases of healthy children in the same period in author’s hospital were selected as control group,they were given high frequency ultrasound examination,their ultrasound performance was analyzed.Result:141 cases with mesenteric lymph nodes swelling phenomenon in 178 cases,the proportion was 79.21%,135 cases combined with mesenteric lymphadenitis,the proportion was 95.74%.Lymph nodes showed string-like arrangement,the boundary were smooth,had not fusion,occasional overlap within the lymph flow rich,corticomedullary demarcation was clear.The lymph node size and blood flow between mesenteric lymph nodes children and normal children were significantly different(P<0.05).Mesenteric lymph nodes swelling of children after treatment was significant improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High frequency ultrasound in the diagnostic of children mesenteric lymphadenitis has better effect,can provide the exact basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment,is worth promoting applications.
