The Clinical Discussion of Applying Nimodipine and High Pressure Oxygen(HPO) in Brain Function Recovery after Cerebral Injury
Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical effects of applying nimodipine and high pressure oxygen(HPO) application in brain function recovery after cerebral injury.Method: One hundred and forty-five patients with cerebral injury treated in the People’s hospital of Lufeng City from Jan 2010 to Dec 2013 were divided into two group, the control group(72 cases) received conventional therapy(by Nimodipine) and the experimental group was given special treatment, that was added HPO based on conventional therapy.Result: The positive rate of memory quotient (MQ) was a value stands for brain memory, the more it be detected, the higher positive rate would be, which showed that the worse recovery of memory function was. And the MQ positive rate of experimental group(39.73%) was significantly lower than control group(65.28%), and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The Nimodipine with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on functional recovery after brain injury plays a key role in coordination, which worthy of being promoted and applied in clinic.
