The Curative Effect Observation of Interferon Combined with LEEP in the Treatment of CINⅡ with High-risk HPV Infection

Abstract：Objective:To study the curative effect and application value of interferon combined with LEEP in the treatment of CINⅡ with high-risk HPV infection.Method:80 cases with CIN Ⅱ who suffered LEEP treatment from November 2011 to May 2013 were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases who were accepted three courses of treatment with interferon after operation as experimental group,and 40 cases without use of interferon as control group.The CIN regression rate and high-risk HPV negative rate of two groups were compared.Result:The CIN negative rate and high-risk HPV negative rate of the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of interferon combined with LEEP in the treatment of CINⅡcan remarkably increase the CIN and high-risk HPV negative rate and it is reliable,safety and easy operation.
