The Curative Effect Analysis of Small Dose of Luo Erythromycin Combined with Aminophylline in the Treatment of Bronchiectasis of 41 Cases

Abstract：Objective:To study the small dose of luo erythromycin combined with aminophylline in treatment of bronchiectasis.Method: Selected 82 cases of patients with bronchiectasis as the research object, and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each group of 41 cases. The observation group was treated by small dose of Luo Erythromycin combined with Aminophylline. The control group was treated only by Luo Erythromycin. Comparative analysis of two groups of treatment effect, including sputum volume before and after the treatment, attack times, improve lung function, treatment effectiveness and adverse reactions.Result: The observation group of sputum volume, attack times, improve lung function was better than the control group, and the difference between the two groups were all statistically significant(P<0.05). The effective rate of the control group was 78.0% while the observation group was 97.6% after treatment, and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). But no obvious difference was found between two groups of adverse reaction happening(P>0.05).Conclusion: Using small doses of Luo Erythromycin union Aminophylline treatment of bronchiectasis is safe and effective, less adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
