The Curative Effect of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Treated by Insulin Glargine Combined with Nateglinide

Abstract：Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of insulin glargine combined with nateglinide in treatment of type 2 diabetes patients. Method: Retrospective analysis of our hospital from December 2011 to December 2013 were treated 57 cases of clinical data of patients with early onset type 2 diabetes, insulin glargine to patients, 1 times daily, subcutaneous injection, the control of fasting blood glucose, and combined use of nateglinide, 2h postprandial glucose control, continuous treatment for 2 months, observed in patients with fasting blood glucose (FPG), 2h postprandial blood glucose (2hPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) and the changes of OGTT before and after treatment in each time C peptide and serum INS development.Result: Compared with those before treatment, after treatment of patients with HbA1c, FPG and 2h PG measured value statistically decreased, 0.5h increased significantly, 1h C peptide and 0.5h, 1h INS, and the difference were all statistically significant(P<0.05). C peptide and INS before taking sugar,2 h after taking sugar,3 h after taking sugar after treatment compared with those before treatment had no significant change(P>0.05).Conclusion: Patients with good effect of insulin glargine combined with nateglinide in treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with insulin, can significantly improve theⅠphase secretion, is worthy of extensive promotion and application.
