Curative Effect Observation of Reduning Combined with Astragalus Injection in the Treatment of Children with Hand Foot and Mouth Disease Complicated by Myocarditis

Abstract：Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of Reduning combined with Astragalus Injection in the treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease complicated by myocarditis.Method:66 cases of children with hand foot and mouth disease complicated by myocarditis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,33 cases in each group,control group adopted the oxygen,antivirus,improving myocardial metabolism and other symptomatic treatment,treatment group adopted Reduning combined with Astragalus Injection treatment on the basis of comprehensive treatment of control group,the treatment effect,serum creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) level of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of control group and treatment group were 69.7% and 93.9% respectively, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CK-MB and LDH levels of treatment group were significantly lower than before treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Reduning combined with Astragalus Injection in the treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease complicated by myocarditis is distinct,worth clinical promotion.
