Retrospective Analysis of 9 Cases of Acute Mesenteric Venous Thrombosis

Abstract:Objective:To improve the emergency physicians understanding of mesenteric venous thrombosis(AMVT) and reduce misdiagnosis.Method:A retrospective analysis of 9 cases with acute mesenteric venous thrombosis.Result:Persistent abdominal pain,abdominal distension,progression 9 cases,5 cases were accompanied by nausea,vomiting,diarrhea in 2 cases,blood samples in 2 cases,2 cases were fever,anorexia in 2 cases,abdominal ultrasound detection in 1 case,abdominal CT(CTA) in 9 cases,9 cases of surgery confirmed.Conclusion:AMVT symptoms without specificity,easy leakage caused by misdiagnosis, laboratory tests to diagnose AMVT limited help,CT/CTA and color doppler ultrasound examination can help early detection.
