Regulatory Effect of Zhenqi Fuzheng Granule on Th1/Th2 in Lung-kidney-yin Deficiency Type of Stable COPD Patients

Abstract：Objective:To observe whether Zhenqi Fuzheng Granule could improve the imbalance state of Th1/Th2 in lung-kidney-yin deficiency type of stable COPD patients.Method:65 lung-kidney-yin deficiency type of stable COPD patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 34 patients and the control group of 31 patients.Two groups of patients were given expectorant,antispasmodic,anti asthma therapy,while the treatment group was added with Zhenqi Fuzheng Granule,the treatment course was 3 months. Before and after treatment,two groups of patients were checked with pulmonary function,concentration of IL-10 and TNF-α,and score of TCM syndrome.Result:After the treatment,the numerical value of FEV1%and FEV1 in the treatment group were higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The concentration of TNF-αin both groups was significantly decreased,the decreasing degree in treatment group was more obvious than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The concentration of IL-10 in both groups was significantly increased,the increasing degree in the treatment group was more obvious than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhenqi Fuzheng Granule could improve the imbalance state of Th1/Th2 in lung-kidney-yin deficiency type of stable COPD patients.
