The Observation and Comparison of the Clinical Effectiveness of Pulmonary Tuberculosis Curing by Rifampicin Caps and Rifampicin Injection

Abstract：Objective:To observed and compared the clinical effectiveness of pulmonary tuberculosis curing by rifampicin caps and rifampicin injection. Method:One hundred and twenty cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients were divided into the observation group(n=60) and the control group(n=60),all the cases were treated with 2HREZ/4HR standard chemotherapy formula. The observation group were treated by Rifampicin Injection during the intensify phase,while the control group were treated by taking Rifampicin Capsules. Result:The sputum negative conversion rates were 91.7%and 78.3%in the observation group and the control group respectively,and the lesions absorption rates of two groups were 86.7%and 61.7%respectively,and the difference between the two groups were all statistically significant(P<0.05). It had no significant difference between two groups with the hole closed and narrow cases,incidence of adverse reactions. Conclusion:Rifampicin injection has a good curative effect in treating pulmonary tuberculosis,which fewer adverse reactions. It is of great value in the clinical practice.
