Abstract:Objective:To investigate clinical value of the combined laparoscopic and endoscopic biliary lithotripsy in the treatment of extrahepatic bile duct stones.Method:160 cases of extrahepatic bile duct stones in our hospital were selected as research subjects and were divided into two groups, patients in the experimental group all were treated with combined laparoscopic and endoscopic biliary lithotripsy, all patients in the control group were treated with open cholecystectomy. The therapeutic effect of the treatment and the comparison data were compared.Result:The mean operative time of the experimental group was (160±15)min,it was more than (150±30)min of the control group;the average amount of bleeding in the experimental group was (20±10)ml,it was significantly lower than (180±75)ml of the control group, the average length of stay in the experimental group was (6±2)days,it was significantly lower than (10±1)days of the control group, stone clearance rate of the experimental group was 93.33%,it was significantly higher than the 91.43%of the control group, postoperative complications in the experimental group was 0,there were four cases of bile leakage in the control group. Two groups of patients had no recurrence after 6 months. Conclusion:The laparoscopic and endoscopic biliary lithotripsy is safe and effective, and the recover is quick,it is worthy of wide application.
