Abstract:Objective:To study the clinical value of endoscopic narrow-band imaging(NBI) in the diagnosis of early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions,to improve the diagnosis and treatment level of gastric cancer hospital to provide related data for reference.Method:600 cases with normal endoscopy in department of gastroenterology of author’s hospital from August 2011 to August 2013 were chosed as the research object, were randomly divided into group A, group B,group C,by according to random number table method, were observed under normal endoscopy,NBI amplification gastroscope, magnified gastroscope after dyeing, the microscopic image clarity, gastric pit type, tiny blood vessels form of three groups were compared.Result:The display image quality, gastric mucosal lesion contour of the microvascular morphology, gastric pits of group B were significantly better than the group A,while the display image quality, gastric mucosal lesion contour of the microvascular morphology were obviously superior to group C,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Diagnosis and gastric pit and the NBI morphological classification, found in 600 patients,33 cases were early gastric cancer, mainly wereⅥtype. There were severe, moderate and mild hyperplasia in 12 cases,26 cases and 44 cases respectively, mainly wereⅣ,Ⅴtype. Conclusion:In the department of gastroenterology, giving patients NBI diagnosis, besides is safe, easy operation, can also for early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions accurately identify, thus the importance of early diagnosis and timely treatment is worth further popularizing in clinic.
