Renshenjianxin Capsule Combined with Western Medicine on the Moderating Effect of Congestive Heart Failure Patients with Neuroendocrine System Evaluation

Abstract：Objective:To study the effects of Renshenjianxin Capsule combined with western medicine on the moderating effect of congestive heart failure patients with neuroendocrine system evaluation. Method:87 cases with congestive heart failure from December 2009 to May 2013 in the author’s hospital,using the random number table method which were divided into the treatment group(46 cases) and control group(41 cases),all the patients were orally administered Digoxin 0.125 mg,1 times every day,Spironolactone 40 mg,3 times every day,Kato Pury 25 mg,3 times every day,intravenous infusion of Nitroglycerin 10 mg plus 5%Glucose 250 ml,1 time daily for 2 weeks. The treatment group based on the use of Renshenjianxin Capsule(orally,3 per time,two times per day).To observe before treatment and 1,3,6 months after angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ),aldosterone(Aldo) hormone changes and treatment of atrial natriuretic peptide,endothelin 6 months after left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),the clinical curative effect,changes of X-ray cardiothoracic ratio. Result:Compared before and after treatment,two groups of patients with AngⅡprogressive decrease,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Two groups of Aldo level in the treatment of 1 month before treatment were significantly lower,but 3 months after treatment the two groups of Aldo level recovered,the treatment group picked up more obvious. Two groups of ANP,ET and NO levels before treatment had no significant difference,1 month after treatment in treatment group the index down significantly compared with control group,compare the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). 3 months after treatment the treatment group ANP and ET levels back to normal,NO level was no statistically significant difference compared with control group(P>0.05). Two groups before treatment in patients with LVEF,cardiothoracic ratio,heart rate,myocardial oxygen consumption comparison differences had no statistical significance(P>0.05). Restore the result was better than the control group after treatment in treatment group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Congestive heart failure is the excessive activation of the neuroendocrine system cause the deterioration of heart failure,combine with western medicine on nerve endocrine regulation in patients with heart failure with TCM,may improve left ventricular remodeling in patients with heart failure,its effect is significant because the pure western medicine group.
