Observation of Feasibility and Safety of Small Dose of Misoprostol in Pregnancy Induced Hypertension Labor Induction
WANG Shao-mei
Abstract:Objective:To discuss and study the feasibility and safety of small dose misoprostol in pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH) labor induction. Method:100 cases of PIH and needed labor inductions were chosen. They were randomly divided into A and B group, both with 50 cases.A group was given Misoprostol, while B group was given Oxytocin.Indicators including successful labor induction rate, labor induction time and cervical score of the two groups were compared.Result:Successful labor induction rate of A group was 96.0%,it was obviously higher than B group 72.0%(P<0.05),on indicators like number of amniotic fluid infectionⅡdegree or higher and bleeding indicators A group were superior to B group(P<0.05),on condition of fetus after birth and adverse effect after medication,A group were superior to B group(P<0.05).Follow-up visits of conditions of fetuses including hight, weight, head circumference and IQ tests all showed that the fetuses were all healthy. Conclusion:Misoprostol has an significant clinical effect in labor induction for PIH patients. It has high successful labor induction rate, safety and effectiveness, few adverse reactions, and little hemorrhage amount after treatment, and it has no influence on BP.It can ensure life safety of puerperas and newborns and improve survival rate of newborns.
