Clinical Observation of Compound Mifepristone and Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

Abstract：Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Compound Mifepristone and Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Method:60 cases of patients who were diagnosed ectopic pregnancy,with stable vital signs,bloodβ-hCG<4000 U/L,and the diameter of the pelvic mass confined accessories<5 cm,with or without pelvic effusion,no peritoneal irritation were selected,they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group was given Compound Mifepristone and Traditional Chinese Medicine conservative treatment,and the control group was given Compound Mifepristone conservative treatment,then the dynamic changes of patients with pelvic ultrasound and B's bloodβ-hCG pelvic mass regression and absorption of fluid were observed.Result:The success rate of the treatment group (93.3%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.0%),the difference of results between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Compound Mifepristone and Traditional Chinese Medicine in the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy can play a synergistic role in speeding up kills the embryo,pelvic mass and promote the absorption of fluid,and can also reduce the effect of the rate of surgical treatment,it is a safe and effective conservative treatment.
