Clinical Value of Ureteroscopy Pneumatic Lithotripsy in the Treatment of Middle and Lower Ureteral Calculi

Abstract：Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical value of ureteroscopy pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of middle and lower ureteral calculi.Method:100 cases with middle and lower ureteral calculi in author’s hospital from 2005 to 2013 were retrospectively analyzed,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group contained 50 cases.The control group was given conventional drug therapy,and the observation group was given ureteroscopy pneumatic lithotripsy therapy,the treatment effect of two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The total effective rate of control group was 80.0%,the total effective of observation group was 96.0%,the total effective of observation group was higher than that of control group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effec of ureteroscopy pneumatic lithotripsy in the middle and lower ureteral calculi is more significant,gravel is relatively clear,and tissue damage is relatively small,is reliable and security,and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
