The Effectiveness Comparation of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy and Small-incision Cholecystectomy

Abstract：Objective:To compare the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and small-incision cholecystectomy.Method:From January 2011 to January 2013 in author’s hospital,78 cases with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected as the laparoscopic group,and 70 cases with small-incision cholecystectomy were selected as the small-incision group,the operative time,blood loss,length of hospital stay,complications were compared between two groups.Result:The operative time of laparoscopic group was significantly longer than the small-incision group,while the blood loss of laparoscopic group was significantly less than the small-incision group,the length of hospital stay of laparoscopic group was significantly shorter than the small-incision group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of postoperative complications incidence rate between two group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the small-incision cholecystectomy,laparoscopic cholecystectomy has less trauma,less bleeding,fewer complications,shorter hospital stays and can promote the early resumption of the patient’s condition,shall be popularized and applied.
