Clinical Observation of Laparoscopy Combined Choledochoscope,Stone Crusher in the Treatment of Extrahepatic Bile Duct Stones

Abstract:Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of laparoscopy combined choledochoscope,stone crusher in the treatment of extrahepatic bile duct stones.Method:68 cases patients with extrahepatic bile duct stones in author’s hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were selected as observation group,treated by laparoscopy combined choledochoscope,stone crusher treatment.50 cases of patients in author’s hospital from January 2010 to December 2011 were selected as control group,treated by traditional open surgery.The clinical efficacy of two groups were compared.Result:The patients of two groups were successfully completed stone,the operative time was (55.5±12.5)min,blood loss was (52.1±12.3)ml,ambulation time was (2.1±0.8)d,and length of hospital stay was (12.5±3.1)d of the observation group,which were significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Compared with traditional open surgery stone therapy,laparoscopy combined choledochoscope,lithotripsy in the treatment of extrahepatic bile duct stones is the preferred treatment.
