Abstract:Objective:To guide the clinic treatment through analyzing the clinical characteristics of organ dysfunction caused by Agkistrodonhalys bite. Method:This study retrospectively analyzed all the clinical materials of 145 Agkistrodonhalys bite cases and computed their organ dysfunction rates. The 145 cases were divided into three groups:group A(visiting time≤12 h),group B(12 h<visiting time≤24 h) and group C(visiting time>24 h),among which the organ dysfunction rates were compared.Result:The result showed that the organ dysfunction rate was 58.6%,of which the cardio ranks the highest(45.5%,66 cases), the others were that of liver, blood, kidney and lung pancreas, ranking rate respectively 25.5%,15.2%,12.4%and 2.8%.The multiple organ dysfunction rate of group A was 37.9%,group B was 62.5%,grouip C was 84.6%. The multiple organ dysfunction rate of group A was lower than those of group B and group C,which had the statistical significance(P<0.05/3).Conclusion:The cardio is prone to be injured in Agkistrodonhalys bite, and preventive treatment of organ dysfunction should be done timely.
