The Influence of Antenatal Syphilis Treatment Resistant of Pregnancy Outcome in Patients with Syphilis in Pregnancy and Neonatal Prognosis

Abstract：Objective:To study the antenatal syphilis treatment in pregnant syphilis patients to the influence of the pregnancy outcome and neonatal prognosis,and explore the prenatal high treatment effect.Method:Selected during August 2010 to September 2012,the 80 cases of syphilis in pregnancy patients treated in our hospital,according to whether the prenatal resistance syphilis treatment,were divided into observation group and control group,40 patients in each group.Monitored and compared the two groups pregnancy outcomes of pregnancy patients with syphilis situation,perinatal prognosis and neonatal congenital syphilis routine inspection.Result:The preterm birth rate,stillbirth rate,miscarriage rate and full-term births rate(5.0%,2.5%,0,92.5%) of observation group maternal were better than the control group in maternal(25.0%,32.5%,15.0%,27.5%),the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Two groups of neonatal prognosis for comparison,the statistical observation group were better than control group,difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:During pregnancy shall do routine check,do a good job early syphilis serum screening,early found early treatment,early treatment of syphilis can effectively reduce the incidence of neonatal congenital syphilis,and improve pregnancy outcome.
