Efficacy Observation of Ginkgo Biloba Extract Dripping Pill in the Treatment of Acute Coronary Syndrome

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of Ginkgo Biloba Extract Dripping Pill in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome. Method:92 cases with acute coronary syndrome in author’s hospital from July 2011 to December 2013 were selected,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group received the Ginkgo Biloba Extract Dripping Pill treatment,the control group was given routine drug of Isosorbide Mononitrate Tablets treatment.The patients of two groups were treated for 8 weeks in duration,the curative effect was observed.Result:In the improvement of angina,the total efficiency rate of treatment group was 89.80%,significantly higher than the control group with 65.12%.In the improvement of ECG,the total efficiency rate of treatment group was 77.55%,significantly higher than the control group with 53.49%.The blood rheology improve of treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Ginkgo Biloba Extract Dripping Pill in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome, its curative effect is reliable,patients’tolerance is good,has great application value.
