Effect of Humanistic Nursing for Pregnancy Outcome in Hypertensive Disorder in Pregnancy

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of humanistic nursing for pregnancy outcome in hypertensive disorder in pregnancy.Method:The clinical date of 52 cases with hypertensive disorder in pregnancy in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed,according to the different methods of care,they were divided into observation group and control group,26 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,observation group was given humanistic nursing,the nursing effects and pregnancy outcome of two groups were compared.Result:The rate of postpartum hemorrhage, neonatal asphyxia and fetal mortality in observation group were lower than control group,there were statistical significance(P<0.05).The postoperative life quality of observation group was significantly higher than control group,there were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic nursing in hypertensive disorder in pregnancy pregnancy has a good application,which can improve the pregnancy outcome.
