The Imaging Manifestations and Diagnostic of Neonatal Malrotation with Midgut Olulus
ZHENG Ai-ping
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the neonatal malrotation with midgut olulus imaging manifestations and diagnostic value. Method:15 cases who were confirmed by surgical operation of intestinal malrotation with midgut volvulus from May 2007 to July 2013 in the hospital were analyzed, including 12 cases of abdominal X-ray examination,15 cases of digestive tract (15 cases with upper gastrointestinal radiography,9 cases with epidemic barium enema),1 case underwent CT scan,9 cases underwent ultrasound examination. Result:The abdominal X-ray showed:1 case was empty and ileal transposition syndrome,5 cases of double bubble or three bubble. Upper gastrointestinal contrast:14 cases of duodenal incomplete obstruction, see spiral sign,1 case of complete obstruction of duodenum. Barium enema:back to the abnormal blind position was located in the left upper quadrant epigastric and right upper quadrant in 3 cases. CT scan:1 case was normal. Ultrasonography:superior mesenteric artery and vein was abnormal in 1 case. Conclusion:Upper gastrointestinal radiography on neonatal malrotation with midgut volvulus has important diagnostic value,is mainly spiral syndrome performance, and iodine contrast agent imaging can obtain good diagnosis results. CT scanning is Louxuan Zheng, not big on neonatal diagnosis value, has important value in the diagnosis of non neonatal.
