Clinical and Laboratory Diagnostic Features of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Infection in Children
Abstract:Objective:To discuss the clinical and laboratory diagnostic features of Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP).Method:Hospital diagnosed 289 cases of infection with mycoplasma pneumoniae in children suffering from clinical manifestations and anti-MP-IgM antibody laboratory results.Result:289 cases of infection,pneumonia,there were 178 cases(61.6%),169 cases(58.5%) of fever,all patients had cough.Lung infection outside 92 cases(31.8%).Chest X-ray examination showed increased lung markings were 162 cases(56.1%),followed by bronchial pneumonia-like changes on both sides of the 66 cases(22.8%),lobar opacities 15 cases(5.2%),pleural effusion merger there were 9 cases(3.1%).Anti-MP-IgM antibodies in the pathogenesis of 4-9 d appears,after 12-25 d peaked. Conclusion:In addition to lung infection infection,can also cause damage to other systems.Early laboratory diagnosis can be combined with clinical and chest X-ray features,diagnosis depends on the results of the last inspection of the anti-MP-IgM.
