Value of Tumor Markers in the Diagnostics and Monitoring of Colorectal Cancer

Abstract：Objective:To evaluate the value of tumor markers in the diagnosis and monitoring of colorectal cancer.Method:From January 2012 to January 2013 the hospital for treatment 100 cases with colorectal cancer,diagnosis of 100 cases,choosing from 8 kinds of tumor markers,and finding out the relationship between colorectal cancer and most powerful markers.Result:The clinical diagnosis of 100 cases,16 cases of patients with stage Ⅰ,24 cases with stageⅡ,31 cases with stage Ⅲ,29 cases with stage Ⅳ.In 8 tumor markers,increasing the ratio of large to small were in turn,CEA for 71 cases,PSA for 54 cases,CA15-3 for 54 cases,CA242 for 44 cases,β-HCG for 43 cases,NSE for 39 cases,HGH for 36 cases.The effect of 8 tumor logo property using alone was following,according to Ferritin,confirmed 23 cases,pursuant toβ-HCG,confirmed 12 cases,pursuant to CEA,confirmed 43 cases,pursuant to PSA,confirmed 24 cases,pursuant to CA242,confirmed 14 cases,pursuant to CA15-3,confirmed 43 cases,pursuant to HGH,confirmed 14 cases, pursuant to NSE,confirmed 12 cases.Through jointing of 8 kinds of tumor markers,confirmed 98 cases.Conclusion:Tumor markers in patients with advanced colorectal cancer have some value,find a new tumor marker,increase detection sensitivity is to raise colorectal cancer tumor markers in clinical application.
