Clinical Observation of Ropivcaine Combined with Butorphanol on Brachial Plexus Block

Abstract：Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Ropivcaine combined with Butorphanol on brachial plexus block.Method:Selecting the author’s hospital admission line of upper extremity surgery of 80 patients,were ASAⅠ-Ⅱlevel.By using the method to random number table were divided into A,B groups,40 cases in each.A group was given 0.5%Ropivcaine 20 ml+Butorphanol 1 mg,B group was given 0.5%Ropivcaine 20 ml,line of brachial plexus block,brachial plexus block,10 min after record before the block,block after 60 min,block after 30 min,block the systolic blood pressure (SBP),diastolic blood pressure (DBP),the change of heart rate (HR),and anesthesia satisfaction score and record adverse reactions.In front of the block,block after 10 ,30 ,60 minutes,recording systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),the change of heart rate(HR),and anesthesia satisfaction score and record adverse reactions.Result:Two groups of each point time of SBP,DBP,HR comparison difference has no statistical significance(P>0.05).The satisfaction of anesthesia in A group was better than that in B group.The duration of anesthesia in A group was significantly longer than that in B group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The analgesia effect of Ropivcaine combined with Butorphanol on brachial plexus block is good,can prolong the anesthesia time.
