Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Ultrastructural acupotomy surgery combined with novel biological material PPDO catgut embedding therapy in the treatment of acne.Method:90 patients with acne were randomly divided into treatment group(n=45) and control group(n=45).Treatment group was given Ultrastructural acupotomy surgery combined with PPDO minimally invasive catgut embedding therapy, control group was treated by PPDO minimally invasive catgut embedding therapy. Two groups were treated for 3 courses of treatment and were followed up for 3 months curative effect comparison. Result:The total effective rate of treatment group was 100%,control group was 84.4%,there was statistical significance difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Ultrastructural acupotomy surgery combined with PPDO minimally invasive catgut embedding therapy for the treatment of acne has good curative effect, and convenient treatment, worthy of promotion.
