The Experience of Comfort Nursing Applied in Painless Abortion Surgery

Abstract：Objective:To introduces comfort nursing and its application in painless abortion surgery.Method:254 cases of painless abortion patients were randomly divided into comfort nursing group and routine nursing group,the comfort nursing and routine nursing were given respectively,to compare and observe the effect.Result:The degree of satisfaction of comfort nursing group was 99%,the routine nursing group was 92%,the operations of comfort nursing group was successful,there was no abortion syndrome occurred.In the routine nursing group,1 case refused operation,1 case feeled severe abdominal pain after operation, 2 cases were dysphoria after operation.Conclusion:Comfort nursing can get whole,effective and humanity nursing in aspects of physical,psychological,social, etc.By helping patients access into the best comfortable sense,improves effect and doctor-patient relationship,and increases patient satisfaction,which is an effective model of care.
