The Treatment and Clinical Analysis of 88 Cases of Root Canal Calcification of Posterior Teeth Pulpitis

Abstract：Objective:To study the treatment and clinical effects of root canal calcification of posterior teeth pulpitis.Method:To retrospective analysis the clinical data of 88 cases with root canal calcification of posterior teeth pulpitis in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2013,the teeth were 106.For part root canal calcification of posterior teeth pulpitis,if smooth root was canal,root canal therapy was used,if smooth root was not canal,plasticized treatment method was used.For a tooth after root canal all calcification in patients with pulpitis,cannot open root canal,cavity deep caries filling method.Result:After treatment ,there were 101 teeth were effective in 106 teeth,the effective rate was 95.3%.Conclusion:Based on specific tooth after root canal calcification in patients with pulpitis condition,using reasonable methods for their treatment will help to improve the cure rate.
