Analyses of Rehabilitation Therapeutic Effect on Ischemic Stroke Patients in Anaphase

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the effect of the rehabilitation therapeutic on ischemic stroke patients in anaphase and investigate the effective therapeutic schemes to patients with ischemic stroke.Method:60 cases of ischemic stroke patients were randomly divided into therapeutic group(n=30) and control group(n=30). According to Bobath and motor relearning method,therapeutic group received rehabilitation training and regular medicine therapy.The control group was treated only with regular medicine.Therapeutic effect before and after therapy were accessed with Fugl-Meger assertion (FMA) and Barthel index evaluation method. Result:The FMA and activities of daily living scores(ADL) scores of two groups were no significant difference before therapy,but significantly improved after treatment for 30 days(P<0.05).The FMA and ADL of rehabilitation therapeutic group were significantly higher than control group after treatment for 30 days and when follow-up after 60 days.Conclusion:Rehabilitation therapeutic can improved ischemic stroke patients exercise capacity and activities of daily living.The ischemic stroke patients in anaphase should actively accept rehabilitation therapy to improve the exercise capacity and life quality.
