Clinical Observation of Levofloxacin Triple Therapy in the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of Levofloxacin triple therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer.Method:From June 2012 to September 2013,96 cases with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 48 cases,the observation group was treated by Levofloxacin triple therapy and control group with Amoxicillin triple therapy treatment.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was 93.75%(45/48),the control group was 81.25%(39/48),there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions to compare two groups of patients,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Levofloxacin triple therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer compared with Amoxicillin triple therapy treatment is better,they also have less adverse reaction,to consider from the aspects of economic cost,Levofloxacin triple therapy treatment of peptic ulcer is relatively easy to popularize.
