Clinical Efficacy of Shuxuetong Injection on Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract：Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Shuxuetong injection on acute cerebral infarction.Method:80 cases with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group(n=40) and treatment group(n=40).The control group was treated with conventional therapy,such as anti-platelet aggregation,blood pressure control,blood lipid control,blood sugar control,etc,and the treatment group was treated with Shuxuetong injection 6 ml plus 0.9%sodium chloride injection 250 ml or 5%glucose injection 250 ml on the basis of conventional therapy.The patients were given the neurological function evaluation with NIHSS and determination of plasma fibrinogen content to evaluate its clinical efficacy and explore its possible mechanism.Result:The neurological function was improved in two groups after treatment 14 d,the improvement of neurological function in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,the fibrinogen in treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no adverse drug reaction in two groups.Conclusion:Shuxuetong is safe and effective in treating acute cerebral infarction.
