Abstract:Objective:To investigate the plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1) and the promoter of a guanine sub region of the insertion/deletion polymorphism (4G/5G) relationship with the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.Method:Using PCR technique and agarose gel electrophoresis of PAI-l gene 4G/5G polymorphism detection to analyze 30 cases of colorectal cancer colorectal cancer tissue and adjacent normal colorectal tissues, and compare them.Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent method to detect the contents of the specimen organization PAI-1.Result:No significant expression of PAI-1 of three gene in patients with colorectal cancer in colorectal cancer tissues and adjacent normal colorectal tissue differences(P>0.05);tissue PAI-1 content was high expressed in patients with colorectal cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion:The high expression of PAI-1 is related to the transfer of colorectal cancer, but PAI-1 gene polymorphism is not related to the transfer of colorectal cancer.
